Christine is the Founder & CEO of With Insight Education, a charity that advances the educational and professional prospects of black-heritage students so that they are better placed to progress to aspirational universities and into professional careers.

Previously Chair of Governors of a primary school, Christine now sits on several educational and diversity boards including Causeway Education, City Lit and the Fair Access Coalition. 

In 2020, Christine won the Warrior Women Changemaker award and in 2023 was recognised as one of the NatWest WISE100 top female social entrepreneurs in the UK.

David Tree is Vice Dean (Education) in the College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences at Brunel University London. With 20 years’ experience in higher education, he is a nationally recognised leader in bioscience education and academic leadership. In 2016 David won an Advance HE Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellent (CATE) for work on Integrated Programme Assessment (IPA) and in 2023 he established a QAA funded national network of academics and institutions working on IPA.  David’s work focuses on enhancing student experience, developing inclusive and innovative curricula, and leading strategic change in education. He was awarded the Biochemical Society’s Educator of the Year award in 2024 in recognition of his sustained impact on teaching and learning. David has led institution-wide initiatives and national initiative on curriculum transformation, equality and diversity in education, and assessment reform. His recent work explores the concept of sustainable assessment and how authentic learning experiences can be embedded across programmes.

medicines, advanced therapeutics and generics. Most recently at Vertex, s

Tanya is a global biopharma executive with more than 25 years of experience across Vertex

Pharmaceuticals, Takeda (formerly Shire), AstraZeneca and Sandoz. Her career spans drug

development, global commercialisation and organisation building in rare disease, innovative

medicines, advanced therapeutics and generics. Most recently at Vertex, she built and led

the company's international pipeline and early commercialisation organisation, helping

bring new medicines to patients worldwide. A dual Dutch-Canadian, Tanya has lived and

worked in both North America and Europe and today divides her time between the UK and

Portugal. In addition to her board and executive leadership, Tanya advises biotech CEOs and

investors on portfolio strategy and growth opportunities.

Tanya is a committed advocate for mentorship, sponsorship and allyship, advancing women

in science and strengthening diversity in leadership across the industry. She holds a BA from

McGill University and an MBA from Smith School of Business, Queen's University.

Danielle is a registered Clinical Scientist in Neurophysiology and the London Dean for Healthcare Science at NHS England. Building on a decade of clinical practice across the NHS and private healthcare sector, she now focuses on purpose-driven strategic leadership, supporting the development of a sustainable, expert and future-focused scientific workforce able to deliver high-quality, equitable care for London’s population.

She brings a strong track record in managing complex programmes, having led regional and national initiatives to strengthen workforce development and widen access to healthcare science careers. As a CMI Chartered Management Fellow with experience spanning clinical practice, education, leadership and people development, Danielle brings a clear focus on equity, innovation and workforce transformation.

As a dedicated mentor and coach to aspiring scientists and healthcare leaders, Danielle is passionate about inclusion and social mobility. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience from The University of Nottingham and an MSc in Neurophysiology, completed through the NHS Scientist Training Programme.

Olivia is an accomplished corporate banker with over seven years of institutional experience directing operational risk frameworks, financial compliance, and stakeholder relationship management across global financial institutions, including Citi and HSBC. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, bringing a strong quantitative and analytical approach to process optimisation and data review. Currently, Olivia serves as the Managing Director of The Livis Group, a strategic consultancy designed to streamline administrative frameworks, operational governance, and structural risk management for organisations within the philanthropic space.
