Christine is the Founder & CEO of With Insight Education, a charity that advances the educational and professional prospects of black-heritage students so that they are better placed to progress to aspirational universities and into professional careers.

Previously Chair of Governors of a primary school, Christine now sits on several educational and diversity boards including Causeway Education, City Lit and the Fair Access Coalition. 

In 2020, Christine won the Warrior Women Changemaker award and in 2023 was recognised as one of the NatWest WISE100 top female social entrepreneurs in the UK.

Jennifer Ogole OBE is the Chief Executive and founder of BANG Edutainment, a pioneering youth-focused charity based in Brent, UK. Recognised for her lifelong commitment to empowering young people, Jennifer was honored with an OBE in 2022 for her “services to young people.” She has built an organisation that supports thousands of young adults, providing them with essential skills, opportunities, and platforms for personal and community growth. 

 Under her leadership, BANG has grown to be a transformative power, offering media training, mentoring, and community projects that engage young people from across the UK and beyond. One of Jennifer’s standout achievements was establishing BANG’s community radio station, which eventually became The Beat London 103.6FM, a platform that amplifies the voices of young people and serves as a vital community resource.

David Tree is Vice Dean (Education) in the College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences at Brunel University London. With 20 years’ experience in higher education, he is a nationally recognised leader in bioscience education and academic leadership. In 2016 David won an Advance HE Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellent (CATE) for work on Integrated Programme Assessment (IPA) and in 2023 he established a QAA funded national network of academics and institutions working on IPA.  David’s work focuses on enhancing student experience, developing inclusive and innovative curricula, and leading strategic change in education. He was awarded the Biochemical Society’s Educator of the Year award in 2024 in recognition of his sustained impact on teaching and learning. David has led institution-wide initiatives and national initiative on curriculum transformation, equality and diversity in education, and assessment reform. His recent work explores the concept of sustainable assessment and how authentic learning experiences can be embedded across programmes.
